We are all leaders in some capacity. There are times in our lives where we have had to step to the forefront and assume a leadership role. I have had to assume some very tough roles that allowed me to rise to the occasion and develop exceptional character. I hope to explore strategies on personal and professional development that you can employ regardless of whether or not you are leading your life, household, company, department, organization or project. We’ll discuss taking initiative, utilizing the best communication approach when interacting and connecting with others. We’ll also address effective management practices that lead to optimum growth and performance.
